What do you do with your leftover oil after using it for cooking? I always let it cool and then I usually pour it down the sink. Sometimes if I have a jar handy I pour it in there and then throw it away. Neither of these solutions are good for your pipes nor is it good for our environment. I came across this article in the New York Times. After reading the article I was very intrigued. I think this is a really cool new product! It's safe for the environment and solves your problem of what to do with leftover cooking oil, and even solidifies paint, WOW! I haven't actually had the chance to look for it in supermarkets but when Chanukah is near again I will be sure to search around for it.
